Why are To-Do lists important?

How are you guys doing?  Today's blog will explain why To-Do lists are important and how we can use them. 

To-Do lists whether handwritten or typed down, are essential for recollecting and revisiting.  Once you start using them, you will realize that you have increased your speed in finishing work. You have control over your pending assignments and the ones you are done with. 

1. Satisfaction 

Writing things down helps reduce stress and makes you feel more relaxed. You get a feeling of being in control of your life and actions. After finishing your tasks, you will feel a sense of happiness and satisfaction that is something just different. This helps you motivate yourself and gets you going.

2. Achieving big goals

Yes, To-Do lists can help you achieve big goals. As you get into the habit of using them, your speed will gradually increase ans you will be able to notice the same as well. To-Do lists help in breaking down larger tasks into smaller bits so that it is easier to complete. 

You can also prioritize your tasks so you know what to do when and it will make sure if you are doing the right things at the right time. To-do lists also help you uncover what you don’t see at first glance. When you write things down, it forces your brain to think in-depth about the task at hand.

3. Apps and Websites 

  • Microsoft To-Do (Application)- This is an application that helps you organize, and set due dates so you can never miss a task.
  • Trello (Website and Application)- Trello is a fun and flexible way to organize your tasks. From Due to Doing to Done!
  • Todoist (Application, Chrome Extension, Website)- A platform that includes a calendar to easily access your work schedule. 
  • Google Tasks (Website, Application)- A way to manage tasks in a simplistic and organized manner.

Now yes, we do know that many people may have talked about this but, we hope we can still help you.  Online learning has been tough but, I guess we have adapted to the online environment, struggling but working for a year or two. There are just so many issues that we face but, we never gave up.
